As a company, we like to offer a personalised service to ensure all our clients are allocated a lead case manager and have a second case manager or an assistant case manager who is known to them, to ensure continuity for both the client and instructing parties. We pride ourselves in working closely with instructing parties either jointly or singly instructed to optimise the outcome for the client.
